Vice President

Our client, a globally recognized alternative investment manager, is seeking a Vice President to join its Washington, DC investment team. The Vice President will take ownership of the investment process from origination through exit, leading the evaluation, structuring, underwriting and execution of complex investment opportunities across infrastructure, energy and private credit. The role involves sourcing and cultivating new investment opportunities, leading commercial and financial due diligence, negotiating transaction documentation, presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees, overseeing portfolio performance and partnering with management teams to drive value creation initiatives. In addition, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to junior investment professionals while contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the platform. Candidates should possess 6–10+ years of relevant experience within private equity, private credit, infrastructure investing, energy investing, together with an established track record of leading transactions, making investment recommendations and co-managing deal teams.
