Meet Our Team: 

Grant Stevens – Wealth Management Advisor, District Director of Fort Lauderdale:
  • Time with NM: 15 years.
  • Prior Experience: Began his career with Northwestern Mutual as an intern while attending the University of Washington and has grown his career within the organization.
  • Passionate About: A proud dog dad with family roots in Louisiana, Grant is passionate about both wealth and health. He is a fitness enthusiast and CrossFit coach who also enjoys exploring psychology and philosophy in his free time.
TJ Pacchioli – Wealth Management Advisor, Managing Director of Miami:
  • Time with NM: 15 years.
  • Prior Experience: Former college football athlete prior to joining Northwestern Mutual.
  • Passionate About: TJ is a dedicated father of four and prioritizes spending quality time with his children and family.
Jonathan Ramirez – Wealth Management Advisor, Managing Director of Naples:  
  • Time with NM: 12 years.
  • Prior Experience: Started with Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative intern while playing soccer at Florida International University (FIU), and has built his career with the organization since.
  • Passionate About: Jonathan is deeply devoted to his family, especially his son, and brings that same commitment to all areas of his life. An avid soccer player, he values teamwork, discipline, and competition, and is guided by a strong faith that shapes his leadership and purpose.
Brian Reas – Managing Director of Aventura:
  • Time with NM: 20 years.
  • Prior Experience: Began his career with Northwestern Mutual as an IT intern at the home office in Milwaukee and has grown within the organization ever since.
  • Passionate About: Brian is married to Lisa, and together they have two children. He is deeply passionate about his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, and giving back to the community. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The Crockett Foundation and is actively involved with the NSU Art Museum and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
Robert Poleo – Managing Director of Coral Gables:
  • Time with NM: 25 years.
  • Prior Experience: Started with Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative intern in the Fort Lauderdale office while attending Florida State University (FSU), and has built his career with the organization.
  • Passionate About: Rob centers his life around faith, family, and fun. He enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, and trying new restaurants, and is equally committed to maintaining his health through regular exercise and personal wellness.
Emmy Iragorri – Chief Recruitment Officer:
  • Time with NM: 7 years.
  • Prior Experience: Background in executive recruiting prior to joining Northwestern Mutual.
  • Passionate About: Raised in a family with roots in California and Mexico, Emmy is a Cal State Fullerton alum who enjoys staying active and exploring new places. She is passionate about Pilates and barre, hiking, traveling, and studying languages. Married, she values balancing family life with a strong commitment to wellness and lifelong learning.
About the Role: At Northwestern Mutual, you will be part of a team that helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and financial planning. Your role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
  • Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
  • Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
