Client Success Manager

We are looking for a **Client Success Manager** who will take ownership of client relationships and the performance of assigned Virtual Assistants (VAs). This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage remote teams, communicate with clients, address concerns, and ensure that both clients and VAs have a successful working relationship.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, results-driven, and experienced in **client success, account management, operations, or remote team management**.
## Requirements
* **3+ years of experience in a managerial, client success, account management, or operations role.**
* Proven experience managing employees, remote teams, or Virtual Assistants.
* Strong client-facing and relationship management experience.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
* Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-through skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and VAs simultaneously.
* Proficiency in **CRM, project management, and communication platforms**.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify areas for improvement.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience as a **Client Success Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Operations Manager, or VA Manager**.
* Experience working with **remote teams, offshore staffing, BPO, or Virtual Assistant services**.
* Experience with KPI monitoring, performance tracking, workforce management, or productivity management.
* Experience supporting client retention, renewals, upselling, or account growth.
* Experience handling client escalations and service recovery.
* Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field** is preferred but not required.
