Back CRC Supervisor Technology Taylor, Texas Contract To Hire Jun 11, 2026 Job Title: Operations Shift Supervisor – Clean & Repair Parts (Semiconductor) Location: Taylor, TX Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Clean and Repair Part Operations is seeking a driven and motivated Operations Shift Supervisor to lead a team within a semiconductor cleanroom parts distribution center. This team supports critical operations focused on cleaning, repairing, and distributing spare parts. We are looking for a leader who thinks outside the box, drives continuous improvement, and actively coaches team members to perform at the highest level. In this role, you will oversee shift operations, support process optimization, and collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to drive quality and efficiency. You will also ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse quality technicians within a cleanroom environment Plan, direct, and coordinate shift operations and team activities Lead by example by working alongside team members on the floor Manage shift pass-downs, ensuring continuity and closure of tasks Identify and share best known methods (BKMs) across teams and shifts Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements Prepare work schedules and assign responsibilities Conduct employee performance reviews and support development plans Ensure team progress on training, certifications, and skill development Partner with HR on staffing needs, recruiting, and interviewing Analyze operational and quality data to drive performance improvements Communicate team performance, issues, and progress to leadership Act as the first point of contact for shift escalations and problem resolution Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support operations Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and cleanroom protocols Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance Qualifications Associate’s degree or military equivalent required OR minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a related environment Required Skills & Competencies Strong team leadership and employee development skills Supply chain and inventory management experience Process and workflow optimization mindset Data analysis and reporting capability Effective communication and cross-functional coordination Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage on-shift escalations and priorities High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong time management and reliability Conflict resolution and decision-making abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Work Environment Semiconductor cleanroom setting Requires adherence to strict safety, quality, and environmental standards Fast-paced, team-oriented operations environment Why Join Us?
