Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Ticket Cashier to assist guests with ticket purchases and information. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive start to their experience at the resort. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales Provide guests with information about the resort, activities, and ticket options Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ticket booth Process reports, credit receipts, and cash handling with accuracy Assist guests with any ticketing issues or questions and resolve complaints as needed Ensure a smooth and efficient guest flow at the ticket booth Qualifications Experience in customer service or retail is a plus Proficiency with computers and cash handling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr Beech Mountain Resort
