Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional phone support to clients.
• Respond to inquiries and share information about our services and products.
• Welcome clients warmly and accurately enter or update client and pet information.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/out procedures smoothly.
• Maintain awareness of the reception area and patient conditions.
• Prepare client invoices and handle payment processing post-service.
• Assist with over-the-counter sales of specialty merchandise and prescription diets.
• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, digital correspondence, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in veterinary customer care is required.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills.
• Positive, professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
