Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Variable shifts, typically 12-hour; weekends required at least every other weekend.

Daily census of approximately 24 patients in a 36-bed unit. May float to sister facilities to meet needs.

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.

Compact state license required at submission.

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CCRN certifications required.

Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, CRRT, ECMO, and massive transfusion protocols.

Previous experience in high-acuity critical care settings is essential.

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients.

Manage ventilator settings and adjustments for patients requiring respiratory support.

Administer and titrate vasoactive medications and drips as per protocols.

Perform assessments and monitor vital signs for critical changes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Educate patients and families on care processes and procedures.

Completion of pre-start and orientation modules required. No direct contact with the facility unless instructed by a recruiter.
