Inbound Customer Support Representative

Job description

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media channels.
Respond to inquiries regarding products, brand information, website navigation, and customer concerns.
Assist customers with online order placement, payment processing, returns, exchanges, and order-related issues.
Educate customers on warranty coverage, repair options, and company policies.
Turn inbound customer interactions into sales opportunities when appropriate and conduct follow-up outreach as needed.
Accurately record customer interactions and case details within CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of inbound call center or customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and call center technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting consumer products or retail brands in a call center environment.
Familiarity with KPI-driven environments and performance metrics.
Experience providing omnichannel customer support.
Bilingual (Spanish or French) preferred

Minimum of 1 year of inbound call center or customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
