Inpatient Nursing Educator

Windham Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nursing Educator to support clinical excellence in our Emergency Department and inpatient units. This RN-led role designs and delivers orientation, skills training, and competency programs, serving as a clinical resource at the bedside. The educator collaborates with leadership to assess staff learning needs, implement evidence-based practices, and improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
