If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position. Serves as the Performance Coordinator that includes controlling, reviewing, monitoring, and validating all performance evaluation reporting systems and associated reports including Work Planning and Control (WP&C), Release/Recall listings, and individual performance reports. Provides monthly input and timely extraction and analysis of release/recall information to ensure validity prior to use. Serves as the Operation's expert and point of contact on performance issues, resolving problems and conducting training for measured and unmeasured employees. Inputs, monitors, and validates WP&C data. Identifies discrepancies and trends for the manager to analyze and determine a course of action. Performs extensive workflow and operational reviews and prepares comprehensive program analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations and workflow in meeting established goals and objectives. Conducts briefings to communicate findings, advice, and course of action, implementation plans, directives, and guidelines.
