Dialysis Registered Nurse

Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you will be part of a cross-functional team under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to care for patients living with kidney disease. Responsibilities Patient care. Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients during treatment. Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications according to physician orders. Teamwork. Be a critical member of an interdisciplinary team to support all required patient assessment and care planning activities. Ensure center staffing requirements are met under the direction of the Administrator and in accordance with state staffing regulations. Safety & Quality. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings. Requirements Current nursing license in the applicable state. Ability to distinguish all primary colors. One or more years of current nursing experience preferred. Preferred One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
