Job Description

Responsibilities

    \n
  • Assist in reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope.
    • \n
  • Support in preparing cost estimates and performing quantity takeoffs under senior team guidance.
    • \n
  • Help organize and maintain estimate documentation and files.
    • \n
  • Work with senior estimators, project managers, architects, and engineers to gather cost and feasibility data.
    • \n
  • Assist with contract monitoring, including change orders and material procurement.
    • \n
  • Perform other tasks as assigned while learning best practices in estimating.
    • \n

Qualifications

    \n
  • Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
    • \n
  • At least 3 - 5 years' of estimating experience preferred
    • \n
  • Proficient in Accubid or similar estimating software
    • \n
\n
