LPN Nurse - DAY SHIFT - $33.55 per hour

Responsibilities Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the nurse aide team by giving direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Current Michigan LPN license and CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher. High analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex problems. Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and accomplishing tasks.
