1. You quickly interpret blueprints and specifications, then plan safe, efficient operations.
2. Your setups are solid, your first articles pass, and your processes run stable.
3. You use advanced gauges to verify dimensions and keep tight tolerances on track.
4. You communicate offsets, tooling changes, and improvement ideas clearly.

Your background

• 1+ years operating CNC lathes, mills, or grinders (4+ preferred; proven skill matters most)
• Required: hands‑on CNC setup experience
• Inspection experience and familiarity with GD&T (nice to have, not mandatory)
• Experience from aerospace, medical, tool & die, automotive, or job shops all welcome

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
• CNC Swiss Lathe
• CNC Grinder

Schedule and growth

Roles open on all three shifts; first shift is limited. Advance with 100% tuition reimbursement, mentorship, and exposure to multi‑axis and special processes.
