When you join Visioneering, you're not just starting a new job- you're becoming part of a team that designs and builds precision tooling and manufacturing solutions that support some of the world's leading aerospace programs.Position: CNC ProgrammerSchedule: Day Shift (Monday- Friday 6a-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p) Summary of PositionA CNC Programmer develops, optimizes, and maintains CNC programs that produce high‑precision aerospace components, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and efficient machining processes across mills, lathes, and multi‑axis equipment.Essential FunctionsDaily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Create NC programsPrepare machinists' line upsAssist estimating in verifying data and estimating machining timeUnderstand purpose and functionality of component being machinedFollow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesBlueprint reading, GD&T and FT&AAble to use basic inspection equipmentHigh level experience in contour and manual machining: knowledge of cutting and holding techniques; thorough understanding of speeds and feeds; understand material properties and be able to match equipment and techniques to various materialsMinimum of 5 years' NC machiningProgramming Familiarity with aerospace tooling Knowledge in Tebis, WORKNC or Hyperrmill softwareHigh School Diploma or equivalentApply today and build your future with Visioneering.
