Job Description:
The primary function of the CNC Mill Operator position is the operation and maintenance of CNC milling machines according to the production schedule in order to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties. These duties are not exhaustive
and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.

• Receive instruction from machine set-up personnel and operate machines accordingly.
• Make offsets to ensure processes are complete and quality of parts are met, and replace inserts or other tools as needed
• Perform visual and measurement checks to maintain quality output of parts.
• Perform daily routine maintenance of CNC machine
• Adhere to company quality policies and procedures in accordance with our ISO 9001 documented plan

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of CNC mill experience
• Proficiency in the use of measuring tools; micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparator, thread gauges, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand GD T
• Basic math skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and positive attitude
