Job Title: Senior Associate, Program Data Management
Location: Palm Bay, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 9/80 schedule — 80 hours over nine working days, with every other Friday off
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Program Data Management to manage product data, technical documentation, and program deliverables supporting engineering and program management teams.

The successful candidate will ensure that information is properly identified, collected, prepared, controlled, shared, transferred, and archived so that stakeholders receive accurate information when needed.
Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, document control, administrative support, or other roles requiring accuracy, organization, and deadline management are encouraged to apply. Prior configuration management experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Data Deliverables Management (CDRL/SDRL)

• Ensure contract data deliverables are submitted to customers on time and comply with applicable contract Statements of Work, requirements, policies, procedures, plans, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Maintain delivery schedules and coordinate with program team members to collect required inputs.
• Communicate deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

2. Documentation Formatting and Control

• Ensure program documentation follows internal standards, formatting requirements, and contract authorization requirements.
• Verify that documents contain the correct and complete markings.
• Apply and track control numbers and other identifiers as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized technical documentation.

3. Data Handling and Transfer

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications and maintain communication logs.
• Track messages, documents, and data transfers.
• Maintain structured folder systems and organized electronic records.
• Facilitate data transfers between different networks and systems.
• Perform media burning, file scanning, and file uploading as required.

4. Data Entry and Record Accuracy

• Enter data into configuration management and other program systems.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records.
• Identify missing or incorrect data and coordinate corrections.
• Support reliable data tracking and retrieval for engineering and program management teams.

5. Program and Administrative Support

• Provide functional support for engineering and program management activities.
• Coordinate documentation, data requests, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs.
• Support the team in meeting project schedules and customer commitments.
• Be willing to work overtime or outside normal business hours when needed to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (elevated Poly) is required.
• One of the following education and experience combinations:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate information and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

Note: Previous configuration management experience is not mandatory. Candidates with data entry, document control, administrative support, or similar experience may be suitable.
