What You'll Work On

We're a general repair shop, all makes and models — and we mean it. Over the last 20 days our bays saw Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet, Subaru, Dodge, Jeep, Kia, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Mazda, Cadillac, Ram, and BMW, with no single make making up more than 12% of the work. These are the vehicles Front Range families and businesses actually drive and keep, plus domestic trucks and commercial fleet.

On top of that, we bring in classic cars and work with the local Corvette clubs, so there's interesting older iron in the shop on a regular basis.

In a given week you might jump between advanced diagnostics and drivability, electrical, engine, suspension, brakes, and HVAC, a classic, and straightforward maintenance done right. The variety is real, and there's always something to learn.

Who We're Looking For

Our one hard requirement is experience: a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair. We hire on skill and work ethic, not certificates — ASE certifications are welcome but not required to apply. Beyond that, we want someone who:

• Has a strong diagnostic mindset — thinks a problem through instead of throwing parts at it
• Takes pride in clean, correct, repeatable repairs
• Shows up dependably, ready to work
• Holds a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM — weekends off. Technicians arrive by 7:45 to prep and are wrenching by 8:00. We stop work on vehicles at 5:30 and clean up to close out the day. No nights, no weekends, and a full, consistent schedule.

Pay & Benefits

We pay on an hourly-plus-flat-rate structure, with total earning potential of $70,000–$130,000+ per year depending on your skill and production. The top of that range reflects experienced techs producing at a high level — we reward skill and quality work, and we'll be straight with you about where you'd start.

Our average repair order runs about $1,100. That means real repair work with real hours on it — not a lube-and-go shop where you're fighting for tenths.
