Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in school settings strongly desired
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
• Educate staff and families on speech-language development and strategies
