Traveling to various private schools during the week, you’ll deliver essential speech and language services onsite, supporting students’ growth and collaborating closely with educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation for itinerant travel between school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy in line with student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Provide both direct and indirect services within private and home school settings
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation per school and compliance requirements
