Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience in a school-based setting and with early childhood caseloads is highly valued
• Thorough understanding of developing and implementing IEP goals
• Ability to provide both direct and consultative SLP services
• Clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and strong documentation abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for early childhood students
• Deliver individualized and group therapy tailored to each student’s needs
• Design, implement, and monitor progress on IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with special education professionals, teachers, school administrators, and families
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
• Maintain meticulous and timely records
