Job Type: Full-Time|Part-time
Schedule: Flexible Schedule

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and other skilled interventions.

• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining productivity.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Current or eligible Louisiana Physical Therapy license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.

• Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain).
