About the Role
Our client, a leading national retailer with a large-scale portfolio of stores and facilities, is seeking a Project Manager to support operational execution, field coordination, and business process management within a property and facilities management function. This role will serve as a key partner to business leaders by ensuring recurring operational activities are executed efficiently, operational reporting is maintained, and field teams receive consistent support across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, supporting field teams, managing program-related processes, and ensuring business-critical workstreams are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Stakeholder Coordination

• Monitor and manage shared team inboxes, ensuring requests are properly routed and addressed.
• Coordinate escalations and follow-up activities with field and cross-functional partners.
• Support onboarding activities for new field leaders and team members.
• Maintain internal communication channels and support content publication and community engagement initiatives.
• Track recurring operational activities and ensure adherence to established service-level expectations.
• Partner with leadership to maintain continuity across critical operational processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and ensure timely resolution of operational requests.

Program Management & Operations Support

• Create, administer, and monitor surveys, reporting initiatives, and operational metrics.
• Manage work order administration, submissions, and tracking activities.
• Coordinate and monitor Move, Add, Change, and Upgrade (MACU) requests.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable reporting and insights to leadership.
• Maintain internal resource hubs, knowledge repositories, and operational documentation.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation across multiple platforms and reporting systems.
• Support store and site-level reporting activities and survey updates.
• Document recurring processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and reduce operational complexity.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, field operations, project coordination, program coordination, facilities operations, or similar operational environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing recurring operational activities from intake through completion, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, stakeholder follow-up, and escalations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, data reconciliation, trend analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, reconciling, and reporting data from multiple sources to identify trends, discrepancies, and business insights.
• Experience using workflow management, work order, ticketing, request management, or similar systems to track and manage work through completion.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects, tasks, and stakeholders within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, operational reports, internal resources, and knowledge management content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting property management, facilities management, field operations, store operations, maintenance, construction, or related functions.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed field teams and multi-site operations.
• Experience managing surveys, recurring reporting processes, operational metrics, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with work order management, service management, or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, internal resource centers, knowledge management platforms, or similar repositories.
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
