Patient Service Rep - General

Front Desk Receptionist Medical

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly, Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Experience in a medical setting, particularly in urgent care or clinic
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute to the facility
• Reliable transportation required
• Epic experience required
• Experience answering phones and scheduling patients
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and provide excellent client service
• Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
• Assist patients with inquiries and provide information on services
• Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow compliance standards
