About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end consumer experience for Supercircle’s trade-in platform.

We are looking for a designer who owns outcomes, not just pixels. Someone who thrives in an environment where they’re empowered to use data and taste to craft what should be built, and partners closely with product and engineering to ship.

You'll be the first dedicated consumer product designer at Supercircle: the design process, design system, and research practice are yours to co-build from scratch in close partnership with the Head of Product. You will own the experience of the entire consumer journey across our platform, both digital and in-store, and your work will shape how millions of consumers responsibly dispose of used clothing and redeem rewards across the world class brands we power. You will set the bar for craft, interaction design, and consumer experience across the company.

Responsibilities:

You will lead the design and product experience for Supercircle’s consumer-facing platform including:

• Consumer signup and onboarding flows
\n
• Trade-in flows including item selection, shipping, and in-store drop off
\n
• Credit and reward redemption experience
\n
• Lifecycle touchpoints including transactional emails and notifications
\n
• The design system and component library powering multi-brand programs
\n
• Your work will directly influence key metrics like signup-to-ship conversion and reward redemption, where small design improvements can drive outsized impact.

How You Work:

\n
• You are a builder who designs from evidence, not assumptions. Qualitative and quantitative data shape your decisions. When you see a problem, your instinct is to prototype a solution and test it, not schedule a meeting about it.
\n
• You love to run your own research. Without a dedicated research team, you are comfortable leading structured user interviews, usability tests, and discovery sessions yourself.
\n
• You're comfortable starting explorations using AI tools and you know what AI-generated output to trust and what to override. This isn't a novelty for you, it's become foundational to how you think and work everyday turning ideas into polished interactive concepts quickly.
\n
• You are deeply consumer-obsessed. You look at flows and immediately see where friction exists and how to remove it.
\n
• You are comfortable working with small teams and incomplete information. A blank canvas excites you more than a fully defined roadmap.

What You Bring

\n
• 5+ years designing consumer digital products end-to-end
\n
• Experience shipping real products from research through production design
\n
• Strong visual and interaction design craft with a portfolio that shows shipped work and the metrics it moved
\n
• Experience working at smaller companies where you owned major product areas with limited resources
\n

Bonus experience includes

• Consumer growth design and conversion optimization
\n
• Marketplace or B2B2C products serving both enterprises and consumers
\n
• Large scale commerce, loyalty, or rewards programs
\n
