Billing Specialist

Job Title
Monk Law Group is looking for a team-oriented professional to assist in a busy family law practice.
The ideal candidate is someone experienced in billing and collections work, and is interested in doing so as a long-term career. This individual will be responsible for drafting and sending accurate invoices, managing multiple excel spreadsheets to track client balances and payment plans, and assuring that clients are timely paying all invoices. Preferred applicants have obtained, or will obtain, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting.
Monk Law Group practices primarily in family law, criminal defense, estate planning, elder law, and personal injury. The firm provides a 401(k) with employer matching contributions; paid holidays; and, bonus opportunities.
