Recruiter (Boulder)

(Note: hybrid in Boulder, CO preferred, or hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT.)

MSP Recruiter

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing qualified professionals for our MSP clients, with the ultimate goal of developing long lasting relationships with candidates that are available for placement into mostly technical (some non-technical) contract positions, occasional full-time positions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing communication skills, tap into your creativity and satisfy your entrepreneurial drive while having a great time getting to know people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates
• Maintain, develop and utilize an existing database of candidates
• Rapidly conduct quality daily searches from the multiple job boards that are provided
• Assist the Account Executives by submitting candidates, documenting candidate profiles, checking references and determining matches for open client engagements

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years as a technical recruiter, including 1+ years as an agency recruiter
• Technical and MSP/contract recruiting strongly preferred
• BA/BS preferred
• An extensive professional network is a plus
• Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate ideas via telephone, video, and in person
