Clinical Investigator Breast Oncology (MD or MD/PhD)

Compensation Salary Range: $300,000 $500,000 per year Location: Boston, MA Onsite Position

As a Clinical Investigator in Breast Oncology within a leading academic medical center, you will deliver high-quality patient care while advancing clinical and translational research in breast cancer. This role combines clinical practice, research leadership, and academic involvement in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. You will contribute to improving patient outcomes through innovative treatments, clinical trials, and education.

Key Duties:

• Provide comprehensive clinical care for patients with breast oncology conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Lead and participate in clinical trials and research initiatives focused on breast cancer
• Collaborate with laboratory investigators on translational and basic science research projects
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

Education

• Required: MD or MD/PhD from an accredited institution

Licenses & Certifications

• Board Certification in Medical Oncology
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility for licensure

Skills:

• Strong clinical expertise in breast oncology
• Experience or strong interest in clinical and translational research
• Excellent teaching and mentoring capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an academic environment
