We're looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire talented professionals who share our commitment to serving others.If you're energized by connecting people with meaningful careers and enjoy working alongside a supportive leadership and HR team, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruitment across the organization.Create and manage job postings on BambooHR, indeed, and other recruiting platforms.Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Extend offers and facilitate new hire documentation.Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements.Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting initiatives.Collaborate closely with HR and leadership to support staffing and workforce development goals.What We're Looking For2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology systems.Preferred: Healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or ID/DD recruiting experience.Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.Our CultureWe're more than a workplace—we're a team united by purpose.Our culture is built on: Compassion, Collaboration, Growth, Excellence, Respect.We celebrate teamwork, support professional development, and believe every employee plays an important role in our success.
