For more details please visit our website Job Description Support and/or guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using issue based problem solving principles Assist with facilitating software assessments Gather and document technical and functional user requirements Develop functional and technical specifications Support development of application and technical architecture Configure various PLM software to meet specifications Support the development of custom code (including integrations to ERP) Develop and execute test scripts, document outcomes, and perform analyze/fix bugs Develop data architecture and manage data migration efforts Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live Support end user go-live and ongoing support Architect systems, integrations, interfaces and configurations of Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering systems Provide multiple solution options and recommendations based on extensive experience and best practices. Generic Managerial Skills Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects Strong oral and written communication skills Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Eagerness to mentor junior team members Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to document use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage Qualifications Must have hands-on experience working with Windchill PLM & ESI Integration Solid proven background across all phases of a Solution Delivery Methodology Sound understanding of latest Windchill architecture, features, application interface framework including CAD interfaces Detailed exposure to PTC PLM product future roadmap PLM integration to Oracle R12 EBS using Windchill ESI module (TIBCO). PLM Integration to Learning Management System and Manufacturing Execution System using Oracle Weblogic middleware. Design and development of the UDI (Universal Device Identifier) capabilities by integrating PLM systems with Master Data Management system.
