Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Oracle, AZ area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

- Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals
- Assist with speech therapy services in the school setting
- Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Active Arizona SLPA license
- Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
