We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a contract position. This is a Part-Time position from 10am-2pm. This role focuses on managing the recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through offer coordination while partnering with hiring leaders to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, proactive sourcing, and high-volume hiring within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer support.

• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing strategies, networking, and targeted market research to identify candidates with relevant experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and provide updates throughout the hiring process.

• Coordinate and evaluate a high volume of applicants while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented candidate experience.

• Use the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate records, monitor hiring activity, and support reporting needs.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to determine qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions.

• Recommend process improvements that strengthen recruiting efficiency and help meet hiring timelines.

• Support recruiting operations related to hiring workflow changes or system-related updates when needed as part of the broader talent acquisition process.

• Demonstrated experience handling full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Strong capability in sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building talent pipelines.
• Background managing high-volume recruitment with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems to document and manage recruitment activity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Skilled in screening and evaluating candidates against business and job requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and deadlines.
