Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test wire harnesses and thermocouples to meet strict quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate assembly.
• Utilize precision tools and equipment for wire cutting, stripping, and termination.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in wire harness assembly and thermocouple manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of electrical components and wiring techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
