Location: 100% REMOTE - EST working hours

Duration: 24 Months + Possible extension

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field

Focus: Oracle EBS R12 Advanced Pricing, Order Management (OM), Inventory

This is a hands-on functional role with strong emphasis on Advanced Pricing and Order Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Advanced Pricing & OM implementation
Conduct discovery/workshop sessions with business teams across multiple countries
Gather requirements and prepare Fit-Gap analysis and functional design documents
Configure Advanced Pricing including Price Lists, Modifiers, Qualifiers, Pricing Attributes, Pricing Formulas, Pricing Phases, Pricing Events, Discounts and Surcharges
Design complex pricing rules including customer/product-specific pricing, volume discounts, promotions, and formula-based pricing
Configure/support OM Order Types, Transaction Types, Defaulting Rules, Processing Constraints, Holds and OM Workflows
Support end-to-end O2C: Order Entry Pricing Booking Shipping Invoicing
Design and support OM/Pricing integrations and third-party pricing integrations
Prepare functional specifications and provide functional guidance to Oracle EBS RICEW developers
Mentor technical developers and validate custom solutions/interfaces
Lead/support CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, production cutover and go-live
Troubleshoot complex Advanced Pricing and OM issues

Required Experience:

Strong hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Advanced Pricing experience
Strong Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) functional experience
Must have completed at least one end-to-end Advanced Pricing/OM implementation or major rollout
Deep knowledge of Price Lists, Modifiers, Qualifiers, Formulas, Pricing Attributes and Pricing Engine
Experience with global/multi-country implementations
Strong experience working directly with business users and technical/RICEW teams

Important : This is a core functional Advanced Pricing/OM role, not a general SCM or technical developer position.
