Director, Capacity Planning — Hyperscale Data Center Strategy

Nscale in Houston, TX, seeks a Director of Capacity Planning to own the Americas long-range capacity plan across land, power, colocation, and the development pipeline, translating demand forecasts into build, lease, and colocation decisions. You will lead demand-to-supply modeling, run scenario planning, set capacity targets, and coordinate with Development, CoLo Leasing, and Energy teams to sequence projects against milestones, ensuring delivery against demand. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nscale
