Strong background in project management, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management. Familiarity with utility regulatory frameworks, infrastructure investments, and modernization strategies. Proficiency in Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN), cost savings strategies, and cost avoidance techniques. Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. Knowledge of billing rates and tariffs within customer information systems. Knowledge of Jira Application. Key Responsibilities: Participate in projects focused on operational efficiency and network connectivity transformation. Contribute to plans for infrastructure upgrades, service improvements, and technology implementations across the telecommunications footprint. Collaborate with leadership, regulatory agencies, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. Leverage SD-WAN principles to optimize network performance, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency. Support cost savings and cost avoidance strategies, including telecom cost optimization, efficient network management, and vendor negotiations.
