Here's what we're looking for.

• 10+ years of glazing project management experience required
• Strong background in curtainwall, storefront, and commercial glazing systems
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with PartnerPak, Kawneer Direct, or similar industry software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Manage glazing projects from pre-construction through final installation
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and field operations
• Review estimates, procurement, and field staffing for accuracy and efficiency
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful execution
• Use industry software (PartnerPak, Kawneer Direct, and similar tools) for estimating, ordering, and coordination
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Identify and resolve project issues to keep schedules and budgets on track
