Manufacturing Engineer

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Position Type: Full-time with HCLTech

Location: Plymouth, MN

Role/Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering (New Product Introduction - Medical device preferred)
• Experience in process development, process characterization & process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Designing of test fixtures
• Develop test methods & Inspection Method and perform validation
• Understand product design requirements and ability to work independently and in cross-functional, global teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle
• Ensure design for manufacturability and support tooling/equipment development
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or related); Master’s preferred

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $32.69 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $45.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
