With our partnership with North Shore, there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee at one of our facilities.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient and perform assessments; clinical documentation; care plan development; communication with the physician, care team members, patient, and family.Wound care, Infusion therapy, and Disease Management.Provide direct supervision of nursing clinical care team.Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physician.Participate in regular case conferences and in-services.The duties and responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive. There may be other tasks assigned to the role that should be managed professionally and respectfully.RequirementsCurrent Wisconsin nursing licenseNegative TB test within last 6 weeksExperience with Point Click Care (PCC)Experience in wound careAt least 3 months experience in long-term careCompetency to carry out procedures that the physician orders that are within the scope of nursingProficient communication skillsStrong organizational skills and time management skillsExceptional customer serviceWorking as a team mentalityReliable transportationPay is determined based on years of experience as a LPNPay Range: $32-$35 per hourMidwest Clinical Resource, LLC is not a 1099 employer.
