Patient Care Technician

Oversee installation of Circadia devices at designated patient locations for our Home Health Program Facilitate patients' initial telehealth visits with our dedicated Home Health Nurse Practitioner Educate and empower patients to build comfort using the device and setting up telehealth visits Manage routine device maintenance, IT setup, configuration, and assembly of medical equipment Coordinate with internal teams throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure successful technology deployment Audit and maintain the asset management list Support the Procurement Team with supply chain planning for future installs and company growth Come into the office once a week, or as needed, to pick up supplies Requirements Basic IT networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VLAN configuration) Skilled with power tools and equipment for mounting and installation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for daily travel between patient homes) Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with elderly or vulnerable populations Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy standards Willingness to pass a background check Mission-driven and passionate about helping patients get the proactive care they need Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, given the Orange County service area Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in IT networking, device installation, and patient education while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for effectively supporting patients and coordinating with internal teams.
