Job Description

Ability to Operate a Drill press and knowledge of steel saw.    

Strong organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to read measuring gages such as rulers and micrometers and calipers is required.  Use of overhead crane is required to move production materials.  Job requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions as well as the ability to perform basic math.  The ability to layout measurements on product from supplied blueprints is required. Experience with the proper use of overhead cranes is a plus.  Perform other such duties as may be assigned.  Starting pay is commensurate with experience.  

Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate a Drill Press and knowledge of a steel saw.
• The ability to lay out measurements on product from supplied blueprints is required. Experience with the proper use of overhead cranes is a plus.    
• Perform alignments and adjustments and any required secondary machining.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to work independently from assembly drawings and specifications.
• Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and gauging devices.
• Experience in assembling techniques, and knowledge of basic mechanical principles.
• Must be able to safely use various overhead cranes.
• Work can entail heavy lifting up to 50lbs. and pushing pulling up to 80lbs.

The base salary range for this position is $26, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
