Trauma Coordinator

Sanford Health is seeking a Trauma Coordinator/Registered Nurse to help strengthen trauma care across its patient-centered, collaborative health system. In this role, you will coordinate trauma program activities, review cases and outcomes, maintain required documentation, and support compliance with applicable standards. You will partner with physicians, nurses, emergency services, and other clinical teams to identify improvement opportunities and promote consistent, high-quality care. The coordinator also supports staff education and uses data and case trends to guide quality initiatives. A current Registered Nurse license and experience in trauma, emergency, or critical care are expected; trauma program coordination experience and TNCC certification are preferred.
