Join our team as an In-House Clinical Resource & Educator , where you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between clinical expertise and customer service excellence!
Regional Home Care continues to grow, specializing in sleep therapy and respiratory care. Our customer service teams are the first line of support for patients using CPAP, BiPAP and Oxygen devices, and we’re seeking a clinically experienced RT to support, train, and empower our non-clinical staff with accurate, compassionate, and compliant knowledge.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the clinical point of contact for customer service staff regarding CPAP/BiPAP equipment, Oxygen therapy, troubleshooting, and patient education.
- Collaborate in developing and delivering training sessions and materials to support staff understanding of PAP therapy and patient needs
- Identifying gaps in knowledge and working with management on educational solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Respiratory Therapists must carry current RCP license in the State of Massachusetts
- Strong communication skills and a passion for education and team development.
- Be able and comfortable lifting medical equipment up to 25 – 50 pounds.
- Teaching or training experience is a plus!
