NCDIT - System Administrator- Mid Level

Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide onsite desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure software and perform PC replacements and imaging.
- Manage equipment inventories and conduct PC maintenance.
- Apply critical updates and document support tickets using ServiceNow.
- Onboard and off-board customers, tracking all related activities and shipping of equipment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers to resolve issues.
- Use moderate knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (M365) for customer and internal team support.
- Image or provision new hardware and deliver to customers.
- Follow asset management processes to support accurate customer billing.
- Test Intune processes for Tier 3 teams and provide feedback.
- Test software upgrades and changes for deployment.
- Install software in compliance with security and internal procedures.
- Provide remote troubleshooting guidance and instructions to customers.
- Assist in developing team procedures and help build a technical knowledge base.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, Intune, and Beyond Trust.
- Possess basic knowledge of Macintosh (Apple) devices and willingness to learn more.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty cases.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams on complex issues.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
