- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other Enterprise AI tools
- Biopharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, or other regulated industries
- Enterprise Search, Agentic AI, Semantic Search, or Knowledge Discovery Platforms
- Market Intelligence / Competitive Intelligence / External Innovation
- Exposure to platforms like AlphaSense, Patsnap, or similar
- AI-enabled documentation, workflow automation, and knowledge management
- Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering
- Coordinate across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams
- Manage Jira/Confluence, agile ceremonies, and backlog
- Create executive reports, documentation, training content, and playbooks
- Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency
