Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions concentrated on enhancing communication, language acquisition, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities.

Provide education for patients and their families, ensuring consistent support to encourage progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions, guaranteeing a seamless continuum of care throughout the patient's rehabilitation journey.

Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Engage in continued professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field through education and peer interaction.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those who are yet to achieve ASHA certification.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days from the start of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices catering to all age groups, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
