AI Strategy & Executive Advisor – Ticketing & Events\n

\nWe’re looking for an experienced AI Executive / Strategy Leader to support a business within the ticketing and live events sector on a short-term strategic project.\n
\nThe role will work closely with senior leadership to identify where AI can create meaningful commercial and operational value, and help shape a practical strategy for adoption.\n

• Work with senior leadership to assess current AI capabilities and opportunities
\n
• Develop an AI strategy aligned to commercial and operational priorities
\n
• Identify high-value AI use cases across ticketing, events, customer experience and internal operations
\n
• Advise on emerging AI technologies and where the business should be investing
\n
• Prioritise opportunities based on business value, feasibility and potential ROI
\n
• Help define an AI roadmap and approach to implementation
\n
• Bring relevant industry insight from ticketing, live events, entertainment or adjacent sectors
\n

Experience needed\n
\n

\n
• Senior-level experience in AI strategy, AI transformation, AI leadership or executive advisory
\n
• Strong understanding of applying AI commercially within large-scale businesses
\n
• Deep industry knowledge of ticketing, live events, entertainment or a closely related sector
\n
• Experience working directly with C-suite / executive stakeholders
\n
• Experience developing AI strategies, roadmaps or transformation programmes
\n
• Strong understanding of current AI/GenAI developments and their practical business applications
\n
• Able to translate complex AI capabilities into clear commercial opportunities and recommendations
\n

This is not a hands-on engineering role. We’re looking for someone who can operate credibly at executive level, understands the ticketing/events ecosystem and can provide strategic direction around AI.\n
