Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Experience in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
• Experience using Service Titan or House Call Pro dispatch software a plus
• 1+ years dispatching
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Desire to succeed and be dependable
• High school diploma

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and address customer questions and concerns
• Outbound phone calls
• Scheduling service calls, maintenance, and installation
• Prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance
• Forecast work load 2-3 days out
• Routing technicians in an efficient manor
• Updating and adding data into software as received
• Assisting technicians with data entering, scheduling, and ordering parts
• Tracking previous service calls to ensure completion and are invoiced correctly
• Performing customer care calls
