Construction Superintendent

The firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects from mobilization through closeout. This role carries full responsibility for on-site execution: coordinating subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, and upholding quality and safety standards throughout the build. Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent on commercial or multifamily construction projects Strong command of subcontractor management, scheduling, and jobsite safety compliance Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with precision Proficiency with Procore or comparable project management software Background in ground-up commercial or light multifamily construction The role includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) and company match.
