SUITE SUPERVISOR

Pay Range: $28.00 Job Summary The Suite Supervisor is responsible for managing the successful operations of suites during events. The supervisor facilitates execution of area setup and breakdown, oversees the breakdown once the event concludes, checks provisions and stocking orders to ensure readiness for guests, manages runners and servers to ensure effective processes, handles guest issues, and reports them to managers. Key Areas of Responsibility Meet with directors before the event to review details. Supervise staff during check‑ins and breakdowns. Ensure all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event. Be knowledgeable on all menu offerings. Supervise runners and servers before, during and after the event. Establish rapport with guests and utilize suggestive and upselling techniques. Determine guests’ seating preferences and help them get seated. Thoroughly complete all event set‑up and breakdown responsibilities within the provided timelines. Perform post‑event product inventory and restock as needed. Create, modify and close sales checks in the point‑of‑sale system. Understand all event paperwork and reports. Adhere to location appearance guidelines. Interact with ownership groups to ensure their needs are met routinely. Maintain service areas. Employ good safety and sanitation practices. Follow responsible alcohol service policies. Essential Job Duties Stand for long periods and actively engage physically with guests. Be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day. Lift or move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Move from sitting to standing position quickly.
